This website is operated by Avenelle Wellness & Psychiatric Services PLLC. It provides public information about the practice. Using the site does not create a patient–clinician relationship.
If you email info@avenellepsychiatry.com, fax 833-672-3425, or use the appointment request form, we receive only what you send — typically your name and how to reach you. Use those channels for scheduling, not for symptoms or records.
This website does not run advertising networks, a Meta (Facebook) pixel, or personalized ad cookies. We do not sell visitor lists.
The public pages are hosted by Netlify. The domain is registered through Porkbun. Those companies may process technical data needed to deliver the site (for example, the fact that a browser requested a page).
How Avenelle uses medical information in care is described in the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. That notice is provided at intake and on request. Do not send health details through this public website.
This site is written for adults who are seeking care for themselves or for a minor they legally represent. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the public pages.
