The first appointment is an evaluation.
Complete intake forms before the visit. Have your medication list, pharmacy, and insurance information available.
Visits are by secure video. You must be in Texas, Idaho, Washington, or Oregon during the appointment.
For minors, parent or guardian involvement and consent are handled according to age, clinical circumstances, and applicable state law. Adolescents may also have appropriate private time with the clinician.
You should leave with a working impression and a follow-up plan. A first visit does not guarantee medication or documentation.
