Avenelle Wellness & Psychiatric Services PLLC (“Avenelle”) is a psychiatric-mental health advanced practice nursing practice led by Cynthia Love, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC. Care is provided by telehealth to patients located in Texas, Idaho, Washington, or Oregon at the time of the visit.

Health information
Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, or other health details through a public website form unless that form is connected to a HIPAA-compliant system. Once you are a patient, clinical communication happens through the practice’s secure channel—not ordinary email or social media.
Insurance, FMLA, IEP, and 504 forms
Insurance coverage depends on your plan and is verified before care when possible. Cash pay is available. FMLA paperwork is considered only for established patients who meet applicable federal and state requirements and is not guaranteed. IEP and Section 504 documents are supporting clinical materials; schools and testing organizations make final accommodation decisions.
